Villa in 4 levels with lift. It is conveniently situated near one of the most popular beaches of Athens, the center of the city, as well as the port of Piraeus. This villa is perfect for family holidays or for a group of friends that want to spend time together but at the same time maintain their privacy. You can start your day with a rich breakfast with home-made and organic products, and you can also order special breakfast to suit your needs, for an additional fee.
The 3 separate suites and the quest room, can host 4 to 11 people. The Master Suite has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and its own private living room and its own balcony, the Blue Suite has 2 connected bedrooms, its own backyard veranda (balcony), and the Green Suite has 1 single bed and 1 double bed, its own balcony with Acropolis view in distance. A spacious bathroom is shared between the Blue and the Green Suite. The Blue and Green suites also are sharing an additional small kitchen. The guest room is recommended for children, it has the feel of child fairy room, it is located on the 1st floor next to the library/studio with it’s own bathroom with shower. The villa provides an extra floor with a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a big dining room, a veranda (big balcony as then extension of living-room) and an extra WC.
There is also an external barbecue in the garden, as well as garden where you can enjoy your coffee and drinks outside.
The villa is in a quiet residential area less than 500m away from the beach, which is full of cafes, restaurants, as well playgrounds. You can enjoy a walk by the marina, have a drink by the sea or visit one of the many restaurant and tavernas to experience a variety of Greek tastes. The sea side also offers countless options for the famous Athens night life.
A 5 to 10 minutes drive will get you to the centre of Athens, where you can visit Acropolis, a number of museums, Kallimarmaron stadium and other landmarks of this great city that is full of history. The port of Piraeus is also very close, giving you access to most Greek islands for either a one-day trip, or for you to continue your vacations. From the villa you will also have easy access to public transportation, including tram, bus and metro.
