Complex consists of seven unique luxurious houses of three types, with their own secluded, private beach. Each residence has three levels, across which the design concept is developed. Sustainability is a key component of the project and took shape through the combination of modern technologies with the design rules of the traditional vernacular architecture. The local traditional architecture was the main inspiration for the developer. The combination of whitewashed walls with gray local stone, the timber elements and the cubic, flat-roofed forms of the local architecture are typical of the rural landscape of Crete.
The villa consists of three levels, each with its own unique rooms.
Garden level (0):
Ground floor (1): Kitchen and living room. Light enters the living room through sliding glass doors overlooking the endless blue sea.The living room is decorated with modern lines that offer peace and comfort. Wooden floors and contemporary design elements create a contemporary feel.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and functional tables, allowing holidaymakers to prepare unforgettable meals for their guests and serve them at an elegant wooden table that can seat up to ten people, overlooking the Cretan Sea. The outdoor pool is the perfect place to beat the midday heat. Around the pool you will find a barbecue, sun loungers and incredible sea views.
Second floor (2): On this level there are two spacious master bedrooms, each with a double bed and a shower room. These beautifully furnished rooms open onto a spacious balcony and allow you to enjoy panoramic sea views.
The premises are equipped with full air conditioning, smart home system, boiler and Wi-Fi. For added convenience, there is an elevator with access to each floor.
You can walk to the beach in just 1 minute. Situated in Elounda in the Crete region, Danae features a terrace and sea views. Spinalonga Island is 2.8 km away. It features an outdoor swimming pool.
