Okeanos Luxury Villas is a retreat with 6 well-equipped modern villas, each with a
swimming pool, located on the edge of a 220-meter sea cliff in the beautiful west side
of Lefkada island.
Each one of the villas is nested within a jaw-breaking nature scenery: An
unforgettable mix of the infinity pool’s reflection perched on the edge of the cliff
perfectly blending with the turquoise stunning sea and on to the western skyline,
creating a perfect panoramic sensation stretching up to an endless horizon.
This unique spot features amazing sunsets and is located exclusively just above the
famous Egremni beach (awarded by the prestigious Travel & Leisure magazine as
the beach with the bluest waters in the world). One of the rare cases in which reality
looks even better than the photos. Each Villa is well designed and has its own infinity
pool and panoramic deck area. A perfect spot for weddings, romantic vacations and
luxurious multi-family gatherings off the beaten tracks, surrounded by green pine

The Project
The whole compound/project consists of 6 villas, arranged in two plots of 3 villas
each, perched on two “sub picks” on the edge of a 220-meter sea front cliff in the
west side of Lefkada, overlooking the famous Egremni and Gialos beaches.
Each villa has its own private cliff-top infinity pool blending with the endless azure of
the sea up to the horizon. The 3 villas of each such “trio” are separated one from the
other by an inner staircase space and a private stone deck surrounding its pool,
hedged with a wall (and a door to the neighboring villa’s deck, in case one wants to
connect villas for special groups). Each deck has its own open angle panoramic view
to the infinity pool merging with the sea view.
OUTDOORS – Each villa has its own private infinity pool with a deck terrace, pergola
and shaded gazebo with a pool side sitting area, sun beds, parasol and an outside
dining area. Each villa also has a private spacious balcony with an additional sitting
area on its 2nd floor.
INDOORS – Each Okeanos Villa has panoramic glass sliding door to the deck level,
letting in a flow of warm western light and a reflection of an astonishing view of the
infinity pool merging with the Ionian Sea.
Each Villa has a large living room, a kitchen/dining area, and 3 master-bedrooms.
Each master-bedroom is located on a different floor and equipped with a large
double-bed. The first master-bedroom is located on the deck level floor; the second
master-bedroom is located on the mezzanine (entrance) level floor and opens into a
giant panoramic see front private balcony; And the third master-bedroom is located in
the upper gallery (larger) floorwithhas two optional single beds in addition to its
double bed. The 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and its beds are equipped with
the highest quality mattresses, super pampering pillows and the finest premium
beddings – for a perfect sleeping experience. Anadjacentprivate luxurious bathroom
is linked to each master-bedroom well equipped with a waterfall shower, bathrobes,
bath and beach towel sets, and designer toiletries.
