The three-bedroom house of Ammouda Villas in Chalkidiki is designed to make you feel at home with modern design elements that combine the beauty of nature with the luxurious environment.
The Sea View Villas each have a balcony or veranda so that you can enjoy the marvelous view of the sea, the garden, and the mountain as well. The house is ideal for families or large groups given the fact that it has a total surface of 120 m² and consists of two floors; on the ground floor, there is a living room with comfortable sofas, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and one with two single beds. Also, there is a second bathroom.
Various facilities are included such as flat-screen TV with satellite channels, washing machine, kitchen with home appliances, balcony, air-condition, ceiling fans, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, parking lot for one car, etc.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people, but if you want an extra room for an additional couple, there is a Double Room next to it. This double room is completely autonomous providing its own entrance, a double bed, a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and fridge.

▸ We change bed linen and towels every three days unless you require otherwise.
▸ The shower curtains are replaced each time a new guest enters the accommodation.
