On the upper level there are three bedrooms with a magnificent panoramic view from the terrace towards the sea and the forest, the large room has its own bathroom with a large bathtub and the other two rooms share another bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living room with direct access to the garden, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a room with two double beds (top – bottom), two children’s beds, a refrigerator and a large window overlooking the garden and the sea.

One side of the villa rests on the pine forest, and the other faces the sea.
In the outdoor area of the house of 3000 square meters with lawn, deckchairs and umbrellas you can enjoy any activity and enjoy the goddess of the lagoon, Athos opposite, the forest and the sea with the natural harbors of the opposite small island DIAPOROS, as well as use the gazebo with the grill and enjoy your meal.
The villa is designed simply and elegantly, to keep up with the natural landscape and at the same time have the best functionality.
VILLA LAGUNA is located in SITHONIA CHALKIDIKIS at the location LIVARI VOURVOUROUS, it is 100 km. from Thessaloniki, 90 km. from MACEDONIA airport, 10 km from the village of NIKITIS and 3 km from the settlement of VOURVOUROUS, from where you can rent boats to visit all the fantastic beaches that exist on the surrounding small islands, and in DIAPORO, also within the settlement there are taverns, bars and restaurants, and you can take organized canoe-kayak excursions. From PANAGIAS BAY, which is 3 km away, you can buy fish of the same day from the boats, and with the boats you can take a mini-cruise to the monasteries of AGIOS OROS, and to beaches accessible only by sea. Near the house (on foot) there is a campsite with a mini market and a tavern.
