The central building of Villa Mare e Monti consists of two independent, luxurious apartments built in three levels.
The ground floor: The huge open space of the kitchen is complemented by the decorated living room. There are two bedrooms (one with a double and the other with two semi-double beds), one with a view of the endless blue and the other with a view of the greenery of nature. There is also a shower/W.C with washing machine. Outside there is a furnished terrace with an amazing view of the endless blue waters of the Ionian Sea and direct access to the private swimming pool of the villa.
1st Floor: On the first floor (which is fully furnished and tastefully decorated) there is the bedroom (with a double bed) overlooking the green landscape. Next to the room is the shower/WC and the washing machine. It has a large fully equipped and furnished kitchen with a dining area. Finally, there is a living room with a fireplace.
2nd FLOOR: Access is possible by internal or external stairs. Also available shower/W.C with washing machine. Outside there is a furnished terrace with an amazing view of the endless blue waters of the Ionian Sea and direct access to the private swimming pool of the villa.
All the outdoor areas are green with lawns, trees and various flowers and have great lighting. The villa has its own swimming pool with a children’s section, for our little friends, umbrellas, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. It has private parking for customers. The parking area is fenced and privately owned for greater safety of the cars.
Next to the villa there is the area with the gazebo that offers our friends moments of relaxation and fun. For their convenience, it is equipped with a built-in grill, refrigerator, kitchen counter, faucet with two sinks, chairs, table, plates, glasses and cutlery. Spending their time there they enjoy the unlimited view both to the sea and to the mountain and it is an ideal place for carefree moments.

Located on Acharavi-Almiros, the highest area of the island. Among Roda and Almiros, Acharavi is the largest village of Thinalia municipality and enjoys great tourist attraction.
