Villa Z includes a private roof terrace 135 sqm that offer the most amazing panoramic views of the coastline, where you can sit relax or enjoy an amazing movie night under the stars. The roof includes a second fridge and a refrigerator and a guest bathroom.
The first floor includes 3 luxury king size bedroom-suits 45 sqm each, all with en-suite bathrooms two with walk-in showers and 1 with a luxury bathtub. The outdoor ground area 100sqm includes a swimming pool 6.65*3.50m, a movable barbeque, a deck area with 4 sunbeds a dining area and a lounge area. On the ground floor 101 sqm you can find the kitchen a 4 seater island, 12-seat dining table a living room area with a flat-screen tv and guest bathroom.
The remaining 3 rooms are located in the lower ground area 150 sqm. The lower ground area is immersed with light from the light gateway that is located in the center of the floor. All bedrooms are en-suite bathrooms , with walk-in showers. Furthermore, the steam bath is also located at the lower ground area perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The lift has access to all floors.
▸ Any additional guest above 8 person is € 100.00 per day.
▸ Complimentary Cleaning once during a minimum stay of 7 days.
▸ Daily Cleaning (morning cleaning of all rooms and common areas at 10am) upon request € 70.00 per day.
▸ Smoking at the Villas is only permitted in outside the villa premises, and only if allowed by applicable law. Smoking rooms are not available. If smoking in the Villa is noticed we reserve the right to proceed with immediate cancellation of the booking without any reimbursements.
