Sani beach is located 1500 meters from the villa as well as many other facilities like restaurants, bars, cafes etc.

The fashionable Sani Marine & restaurants are just a couple of minutes away. This villa offers comfortable accommodation while it has its own swimming pool, a large terrace with outdoor furniture, a BBQ area and 4 sun loungers.

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area. There is air-conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher. Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Semi ground floor has two bedrooms, a small living room and a bathroom with shower.

Ground floor has one big living room, fully equipped kitchen, WC and access to the patio with great outdoor furniture and of course private pool.

First floor has 3 bedrooms plus one bathroom with shower.

In total we have four Air conditions, one on the living room and three on the upper floor in each room.
