This four-bedroom (3 bedrooms in the main villa and 1 bedroom in a separate studio) residence with private pool is located on the island of Diaporos and can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are: a fully-equipped kitchen, a wine cellar, a living room, a dining room. A WC and bathroom in each bedroom.
This unique property of 19.000 sqm total surface area lies in the northeastern side of the island, between two private natural coves with calm, warm waters and a private jetty for easy access, where both big yachts and sailing boats can moor.
▸Minimum stay: April, May and Septembr – 3 nights. June – 7 nights. July and August – 21 nights (14 nights according availability).
▸Security deposit of € 500 (the security deposit is fully refundable less any damages might be done to the property).
▸Welcome Drinks, fruit basket and fresh flowers upon arrival.
▸Daily Housekeeping Service.
▸Breakfast delivered daily in the Villa (extra cost).
▸Baby cot upon request.
