Villa Irini features free WiFi, a spa bath and a terrace. You can relax by the outdoor pool with sunbeds for adults and children’s pool in the garden in fair weather. Free private parking is available on site.
The villa is located in the area of Kastelakia in Rethymno Crete. This location provides the peacefulness of a quiet village and at the same time easy access to the busy town centre. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is worth to mention that one of the bedrooms with his ensuite bathroom meets the specifications to accommodate persons with disabilities. The villa was constructed in 2015 and started to operate in the same year as a furnished tourist residence. The services, the facilities and the location allow the renting of the villa all over the year.
▸ Security deposit of € 250 (the security deposit is fully refundable less any damages might be done to the property).
On agreement the management can arrange massages, laundry cleaning, hair appointments, manicure, pedicure, car rental, babysitting services, excursions, diving, and other services.
The services included in the rental fee are the following:
▸ Use of all areas and provided comfort (except of the pool during the winter)
▸ WiFi internet access in all interior and outdoor spaces
▸ House cleaning
▸ Pool cleaning and maintenance
▸ Garden maintenance
▸ Firewood in the winter months
